Co Kim Tuyen born in 1986, the unionist of Binh Duong Environment and Water Supply Company’s young union is the only representative of Binh Duong youths that was honored at the 5th national festival for excellent young workers 2014.
Graduated from Ho Chi Minh University of Technology in 2009, Tuyen has worked for Binh Duong Environment and Water Supply Company so far. In 2013, she became a young master in environment.
After 5 working years at the company’s waste water treatment factory, Tuyen has invented useful measures to optimize waste water treatment system for the sake of ensuring safety for laborers. In response to emulation movements, mobilizations, Co Kim Tuyen bravely suggests the company directorate to apply a project of “Building and improving waste treatment progresses effectively and thriftily”. The project shows up its high efficiency. Tuyen said that waste water is very complicated and is often changed. I work in lab room and often spend much time for survey trips, so my job requires renovation to optimize measures in a bid to ensure safety for the whole of the system as well as laborers.
Sharing occupation experiences, Tuyen revealed “By taught knowledge plus real experiences and supports from colleagues and the company directorate, I enjoy many opportunities to show up my ability. Therefore, useful initiatives are applied into reality”.
Thanks to efforts, Co Kim Tuyen gained the title of grassroot emulation soldier for 4 consecutive years. Especially, Tuyen is among 72 national deputies awarded the “excellent young worker” prize 2014 from the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
