Collaborative regulation signed to carry out the mobilization, receipt, management and use of voluntary contributions

On January 12, Provincial People's Committee coordinated with Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and Provincial Red Cross Association to hold a conference to sign collaborative regulation in implementing the mobilization, management and use of contributions and voluntary support from organizations and individuals to overcome difficulties caused by natural disasters, epidemics, and incidents; support patients having serious illnesses.

Attending the conference were Nguyen Loc Ha, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Thi My Hang, Chairwoman of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyen Thi Le Trinh, Chairwoman of Provincial Red Cross Association.

The collaborative regulation includes 3 chapters and 7 articles defining the scope of responsibilities of relevant agencies, units, localities, organizations and individuals to implement activities and tasks related to calling for, receiving, managing, distributing and using voluntary contributions from organizations and individuals to overcome difficulties caused by natural disasters, epidemics and incidents; support patients having serious diseases in the province.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Ha emphasized that the regulations were created to help carry out the mobilization, management and use of voluntary contributions and resources, supporting organizations and individuals to overcome difficulties caused by natural disasters, epidemics, and incidents; support for patients having serious illnesses is implemented more systematically and closely. After the regulations are promulgated, it is necessary to develop a specific implementation plan defining the roles and responsibilities of each agency. During the implementation process, there will be a preliminary summary to learn from experience and limitations to make additional adjustments.
