On the morning of July 3, Binh Duong provincial Club of Pensioners held a conference to review the operations in the first 6 months of the year, and set out a working plan for the last 6 months of 2023.
In the first 6 months of the year, the club has developed 88 new members, and mobilized 40 members to reactivate, reaching 56% of the target of developing new members in 2023. Currently, the club has 1,366 members. To implement the plan and program of cooperation signed with the departments, agencies, branches and localities, the Club's Board of Directors coordinated to disseminate necessary information on political, health, cultural news and society so that members can catch in a timely manner. In addition, the committees, teams and groups of the club also coordinate with the authorities and mass organizations of wards and communes to participate in movements to build a cultural and civilized urban lifestyle in the locality where they reside.
On this occasion, the provincial Club of Pensioners presented certificates of merit to 10 collectives and 3 individuals with outstanding achievements in member development.
