On the afternoon of October 20, Di An City People's Committee held a meeting with leaders of wards and 41 quarters on the Covid-19 prevention and control.
As of October 19, Di An city had 38,352 quick test cases of Covid-19 infection, of which there were 35,070 confirmed positive cases. In the treatment work, the city's Steering Committee for Disease Prevention and Control focused on improving treatment capacity, minimizing the risk of death. The management and treatment of F0s at home received attention for the ultimate goal of people's health and lives, minimizing risks to F0s at home and treatment facilities.
The city also established 17 mobile medical stations and is carrying out the management of at-home treatment for 1,806 F0s detected through rapid testing and 1,459 people with negative results less than 14 days after being recovered from Covid-19 infection. In social security work, the City People's Committee approved a support list for 576,040 people with total expense of more than 469.6 billion VND, finished payment for about 528,025 people with an amount of more than 343.5 billion VND.
Pham Van Bay, Vice Chairman of Di An City People's Committee said: "So far, Di An city has basically controlled the Covid-19 in the area, gradually resumes economic and social activities. This is the result of the effort, consensus, and fearlessness in the face of difficulties and dangers of the whole political system and people of all classes. There were silent but great contributions of committees, executive boards, and front committees in 41 quarters, who have been present from the beginning to support the anti-pandemic front line".
On this occasion, People's Committee of Di An City awarded certificates of merit to 41 collectives that made achievements in disease prevention control.
* In the afternoon of the same day, People's Committee of Dau Tieng district held a preliminary summary and commended collectives and individuals with outstanding results in the Covid-19 prevention control in the area.
Since the beginning of the fourth Covid-19 wave, Dau Tieng district has received and supported 9,367 positive cases of isolation and concentrated treatment of towns and cities in the province; received and quarantined 10,764 high-risk F1 cases... The district was consolidated with officers and soldiers from military and medical units, volunteers who are officials of provincial departments, branches, mass organizations etc. to participate in disease prevention and control, care Covid-19 patients in treatment areas...
In recognition of the valuable contributions and sentiments of officers and soldiers, the district's Military Command advised provincial Military Command and the district People's Committee to commend 25 collectives and 900 individuals. In addition, on this occasion, the District Military Command also rewarded 14 collectives and 368 individuals for outstanding contributions to the Covid-19 fighting in the district.
