Knowing that enterprise is the home, "rice cooker" of the family, workers also voluntarily participate in movements launched by Trade Union, such as technical initiatives and self-management in enterprises. From these movements, many initiatives have been put into practice to reduce working days, benefit businesses; security and order situation, assets of enterprises are guaranteed.
The advantage of workers seeing businesses as home, businesses seeing workers as family is clear. Protecting the house, contributing to building one's own house more and more firmly has been done by workers. The situation of illegal strikes, property theft, and fighting in enterprises is decreasing accordingly. However, in order for workers to consider enterprises as their home, enterprises must respect employees and consider workers as family.
