Early February 17, Di An city’s Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions regarding personnel work. The conference was attended by comrade Nguyen Loc Ha, Permanent Vice Secretary of provincial Party Committee; comrade Nguyen Hoang Thao, former Permanent Vice Secretary of provincial Party Committee; comrade Nguyen Van Loc, Permanent Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Council; comrade Bui Thanh Nhan, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; comrade Nguyen Minh Thuy, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission; comrade Bui Minh Thanh, Vice Chairman of provincial People's Committee and comrade Nguyen Kim Loan, Deputy Head of provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Commission.
At the conference, representative from Di An city’s Party Committee's Organization Commission announced a decision of the Central Party Secretariat regarding the retirement of comrade Ho Quang Diep, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Di An city’s Party Committee from February 15, 2025. The conference also announced a decision of Binh Duong provincial Party Committee to assign comrade Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee's Propaganda-Education Commission to work at Di An city’s Party Committee, appointing her to the city’s Party Committee's Executive Board and Standing Board and assigning her the role of Secretary of the city’s Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, from February 15, 2025.
At the conference, representative from Di An city’s Party Committee's Organization Commission announced decisions by Di An city’s Party Committee regarding the merger of the Propaganda-Education Commission and Mass Mobilization Commission into the Propaganda-Education and Mass Mobilization Commission of Di An city’s Party Committee, from February 15, 2025. The decisions also included the appointment of comrade Pham Ngoc An, Member of Di An city’s Party Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda-Education Commission and Director of the city’s Party Committee's Political Center, as Head of the city’s Propaganda-Education and Mass Mobilization Commission from February 15, 2025, for a five-year term. Additionally, decisions were made regarding the appointments of Deputy Heads of the Propaganda-Education and Mass Mobilization Commissions of Di An city’s Party Committee as well as the assignment of civil servants and officials to new tasks within the commission from February 15, 2025.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Loc Ha, Permanent Vice Secretary of provincial Party Committee, acknowledged the efforts and contributions of comrade Ho Quang Diep throughout his career, highlighting his positive impact on the province's overall development. He especially praised comrade Ho Quang Diep's voluntary decision to retire early, which facilitated the personnel arrangements for the upcoming term of the Party Congresses at all levels. Comrade Nguyen Loc Ha congratulated comrade Ho Quang Diep for successfully completing the tasks entrusted to him and expressed hope that after retirement, comrade Ho Quang Diep would further contribute to the development of the local area and Binh Duong province. Comrade Nguyen Loc Ha also congratulated those being assigned and appointed to new roles, wishing them success and urging them to make every effort to complete their tasks excellently.
At the conference, comrade Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Secretary of Di An city’s Party Committee requested the city’s Party Committee’s Propaganda-Education and Mass Mobilization Commission quickly develop and issue working regulations to stabilize operations and ensure effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. She also encouraged the commission's staff, including civil servants and officials, to continue fostering unity, dedication and determination to successfully complete their entrused tasks.
