*Appointment of provincial Youth Union Vice Secretary
On the afternoon of June 27, provincial Youth Union's Standing Committee held a conference to review its activities and youth movements for the first six months of 2024 at provincial Convention and Exhibition Center, in attendance of Bui Thanh Nhan, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee and Head of provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission.

In the first six months of 2024, over 455,000 Youth Union members across the province participated in volunteer activities, generating a total value of nearly VND 10 billion. Additionally, provincial Youth Unions at all levels planted and cared for 87,568 new trees, repaired 16.7 kilometers of rural roads, built and illuminated 18 kilometers of rural roads, and cleared 5 kilometers of waterways.
Speaking at the conference, Mr.Nhan requested provincial Youth Union’s Standing Committee to review the target groups to expedite the completion of the targets set by the resolutions of Youth Union congresses at all levels. He also urged a focus on developing Youth Union branches and associations outside the State sector, promoting Party development among young workers, accelerating digital transformation efforts, and building up a smart Binh Duong city.
*On the same afternoon, provincial Youth Union Executive Committee held a conference to announce a decision to recognize the position of Deputy Secretary of the 11th provincial Youth Union for the 2022-2027 tenure.
At the conference, under the authorization of the Central Youth Union Secretariat, Tran Thi Diem Trinh, Member of the Central Youth Union Standing Committee, Member of provincial Party Member and Secretary of provincial Youth Union, handed over the decision recognizing Nguyen Minh Son as Vice-Secretary of the 11th provincial Youth Union for the 2022-2027 tenure. Nguyen Minh Son is a member of provincial Youth Union’s Standing Committee, Head of provincial Youth Union’s Organization-Inspection Committee and Deputy Head of provincial Youth Union’s Inspection Committee. Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee also issued decisions on the transfer, appointment, and reception of Youth Union officials working at provincial Youth Union office.
