*Do not test people who have recovered from Covid-19 for 6 months
Provincial Department of Health has just issued a document on conditions for enterprises, production and business establishments to resume operation and conditions for people’s travel in the province.

According to regulations, enterprises must conduct Covid-19 testing on employees before participating in production
Accordingly, for enterprises, production and business establishments implementing the "3 on-site", "1 road, 2 locations" and "3 green" production models, they are allowed to participate in production when there are plans against Covid-19 pandemic and plans handling Covid-19 cases if any. Before getting involved in production, workers must be tested for Covid-19 at least 2 times (first time implemented 3 days before operation, second time on working day). During the production process, along with strictly implementing the "5K" message of the Ministry of Health, enterprises and production and business establishments must conduct Covid-18 testing on all workers twice a week. Especially, enterprises in Dau Tieng, Phu Giao, Bau Bang and North Tan Uyen districts can test at least every 2 weeks for 20% of their employees.
For those who provide direct services such as providing meals, food, raw materials, security and sanitation services...to production and business establishments, they must conduct Covid-19 testing on all workers every 2 weeks. Individual business households must also conduct self-Covid-19 testing on all employees twice a week under the supervision of community-based anti-Covid-18 groups or mobile medical stations.
For enterprises stopping the "3 on-site" production model, they must organize rapid Covid-19 antigen testing for workers. If having negative results, they can return to their places of residence. Whilstm for rnterprises implementing the "1 road, 2 locations" and "3 green" production models, workers do not need to have Covid-19 testing before returning to their places of residence. Enterprises are also encouraged to conduct Covid-19 testing for 3-5 aggregate samples to save costs, do not perform testing for people who have recovered from Covid-19 within 6 months…
Subjects allowed to participate in intra-regional circulation are those who have received 2 full shots of Covid-19 vaccine or 1st shot after at least 14 days or have been discharged from hospital with Covid-19 treatment and completed the 14-day home health monitoring period. Subjects allowed to participate in circulation from zone 1 to zone 2 and 3 (zone 1: Di An city, Thuan An city, Tan Uyen town; zone 2: Thu Dau Mot city, Ben Cat town; zone 3: Dau Tieng, Phu Giao, Bau Bang, North Tan Uyen districts) are those who have received 2 full shots of Covid-19 vaccine or have been discharged from hospital with Covid-19 treatment and completed the 14-day home health monitoring period. Meanwhile, subjects allowed to participate in circulation in regions 2 and 3 are those who have received 2 full shots of Covid-19 vaccine or have been discharged from hospital with Covid-19 treatment and completed the 14-day home health monitoring period.
The condition for people’s travel is to have valid negative test result papers within 72 hours. People who have not been vaccinated; those at high risk of infection (people over 65 years old and under 12 years old, obese people and those with underlying conditions...) should limit going out when not necessary; they only go out in emergency situations: emergency, hospital transfer, natural disaster, disaster...
