On July 2, Binh Duong provincial Council for Dissemination of Legal Education organized a conference to implement the Land Law 2024. The conference was attended by nearly 600 delegates, including leaders, presenters, and members of the provincial Council for Dissemination of Legal Education at the district and commune levels throughout the province.
At the conference, Mrs. Nguyen Anh Hoa, Director of the Department of Justice, Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee of the provincial Council for Dissemination of Legal Education, emphasized that after more than 27 years of construction and development, Binh Duong has achieved quite comprehensive results, particularly in terms of economic development. Land resources have been effectively exploited and utilized by localities, making a significant contribution to the overall development achievements of the province. The Land Law of 2024, which was passed by the National Assembly, has several new provisions compared to the Land Law of 2013, and it will have positive impacts on the people, businesses, and the economy. At the same time, localities also expect that the Land Law of 2024 will help resolve the difficulties that have arisen in recent times in various localities, including Binh Duong.
At the conference, Dr. Do Xuan Trong, Deputy Head of the Land Law Department, Hanoi Law University, presented and thoroughly discussed the important content of the Land Law of 2024. The Land Law is an important legislation that has an impact on all aspects of economic, cultural, social, and national defense and security life, contributing to the completion of the socialist-oriented market economy institutional framework; meeting the requirements of improving the consistency of policies and laws on land management and use.
