Early May 8, provincial Steering Committee for Prevention and Control of Corruption and Negative Phenomena held a conference on the implementation of the Politburo’s Regulation No. 132-QD/TW, in attendance of Nguyen Van Loc, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Council; members of provincial Party Standing Committee; leader of provincial Fatherland Front Committee.
At the conference, Nguyen Xuan Truong, Head of the Local Department I under the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Internal Affairs implemented the Politburo’s Regulation No. 132-QD/TW dated October 27, 2023 on power control, Prevention and Control of Corruption and Negative Phenomena in investigation, prosecution, adjudication and judgment enforcement activities
The Politburo’s Regulation No. 132-QD/TW includes 4 chapters and 14 articles regulating power control, prevention and control of corruption and negative phenomena in investigation, prosecution, adjudication, judgment enforcement and other relevant activities. This regulation is applied to Party committees, organizations, members, agencies, organizations and individuals with competence in directing, carrying out prosecution, adjudication, judgment enforcement and other relevant activities involving under the Party’s regulations and the State’s laws.
Speaking at the conference, Vo Van Ba, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee's Commission for Internal Affairs said that based on practical requirements, provincial Steering Committee for Prevention and Control of Corruption and Negative Phenomena organized a conference to help delegates study and master the basic contents of the Politburo’s Regulation No. 132-QD/TW for application in the process of implementing tasks. At the conference, delegates also discussed a number of issues related to the Regulation No. 132-QD/TW.
