Recently, Ben Cat town’s Division of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs in collaboration with provincial Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs held a conference to implement policies for poor, near-poor people while organizing the 2023 dialogue with poor households. More than 250 poor and near-poor households attended the event.
