Established in 2002, Ba Tu hamlet in Ben Cat district’s Cay Truong commune now has 244 households, most of them earn their living by farm doings. The local people have actively responded to the campaign “The entire people consolidate to build cultural lifestyle in residential areas”, contributing to improving their material and spiritual lives.
The hamlet’s steering board for the campaign has mobilized the local mass organizations to actively implement the contents of the campaign with many forms, which is in line with the local actual situation in order to achieve the criteria about building a cultural hamlet, said steering board head Nguyen Thi Sang.

The map is placed at the hamlet’s office and expresses the miniature of 224 houses of all people in the hamlet. The classification and assessment of the local households in realizing the campaign will be shown on the map via color. Accordingly, there will be a meeting every quarter to assess each household’s implementation of the campaign. If any household violates one of the campaign’s criteria, including environmental hygiene, wastefulness…, its miniature on the map will be painted in yellow.
