One of the strengths of the Binh Duong Union is the construction of cultural institutions to serve the spiritual cultural life of workers, who have greatly contributed to the development of an industrial province. Currently, the provincial Confederation of Labor has built a Labor Culture Center in the Vietnam - Sing residential area (Thuan An town) with an area of ​​2.3 ha. On the basis of the Prime Minister's Decision 1780 / QD-TTg approving the "Scheme on building workers' cultural life in industrial parks oriented to 2020"; Decision No. 655 / QD-TTg of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Investment in the construction of trade union institutions in industrial parks and export processing zones", the provincial Trade Union has determined, by 2023, to build at least 2 more Labor Culture Centers in Ben Cat town (with an area of ​​0.9 ha) and Bau Bang district (with an area of ​​3 ha). The trade union will invest in building a trade union center in Thu Dau Mot City (old headquarters) with items serving the needs of spiritual and cultural life such as: Conference center, room union tradition ...

Taking care of their "precious capital", many businesses (businesses) have reserved land funds to build sport fields to improve the health of workers. Currently, there are about 250 enterprises in the province that have institutions, equipment, tools and tools for cultural and sports practice such as football fields, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, equipment. exercise, room or music stage. About 450 enterprises have an area and space for workers to participate in regular sport training with the forms of football fields, volleyball courts, badminton, table tennis, exercise equipment in room or outdoors. In addition, there are 550 businesses using space and facilities to organize cultural, arts and sports activities in the form of competitions, shows and tournaments; about 300 enterprises have stage setting, gym, audio equipment, staging apparatus for cultural and karaoke activities.

Play to recreate labor force

Investment in building cultural institutions must be in parallel with promoting efficiency, which is the job that enterprises to trade unions at the level of interest and implementation. According to statistics, every year, about 1,700 cultural, arts and sports activities are organized by trade unions in cooperation with agencies, units and enterprises for workers in the form of associations. competitions, shows, tournaments, attracting about 42,000 workers to participate.

Organizing fun activities, entertainment, labor workers businesses feel excited to fulfill their duties. Also from the cultural institutions, cultural facilities invested by enterprises, the province has attracted more than 40,000 workers to participate in regular physical training and sports.
