Continual reforms to reinforce trade unions

On the morning of July 7, the 6th Congress of Binh Duong provincial Trade Union of 2023-2028 tenure entered the second working day to be concluded. Attending the event were Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Standing Member, Head of the Propaganda Department of the provincial Party Committee, representatives of a number of provincial departments and branches, leaders of the provincial Trade Union and the all-time provincial Trade Union.

The Congress set the goal of continuing to innovate, building a strong trade union organization, improving the efficiency of representation, taking care of and protecting the legitimate interests of cadres, civil servants and trade union members, actively participating in building the CPV, building a clean and strong political system, contributing to the construction and defense of the Fatherland. In the term of 2023-2028, the provincial Trade Union sets a number of targets such as 100% of grassroots Trade Unions in coordination with the government to organize conferences of cadres, civil servants and employees, participation in the formulation and supervision of the implementation of policies, rules and regulations of agencies and units, over 90% of agencies and units coordinated with the authority to promote the movement of self-discipline to study and improve professional qualifications and skills for cadres and civil servants.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Provincial Public Employees Trade Union for the 2023-2028 tenure with 15 members. Dang Thanh Van continued to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of the provincial Trade Union of the 6th tenure.
