April 16, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province issued a speeding document No. 1859/UBND-VX to departments, agencies, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities about strengthening the prevention and control of Covid-19 in the new situation.
According to the document, on the afternoon of April 15, 2020, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc chaired the Government's Permanent meeting on the prevention and control of Covid-19 to summarize the implementation of Directive No. 16/CT- TTg and make new decisions. Accordingly, the Prime Minister agreed to classify localities into three groups: high-risk groups, high-risk groups and low-risk groups; in which Binh Duong is one of 15 provinces and cities that are at risk of disease outbreak. Therefore, the province continues to implement the Directive No. 16/CT-TTg with a roadmap and must strictly implement the Prime Minister's Directive No. 15/CT-TTg.
In order to continue effectively implementing measures to prevent and control Covid-19 in the province during the current period, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the director, heads of departments, departments, and presidents of the People's Committees of Districts, towns and cities and related units continue to strictly implement the guidelines of the Prime Minister in Directive No. 15/CT-TTg dated March 27, 2020, Directive No. 16/CT-TTg dated March 31, 2020 and the Provincial People's Committee in Official Letter No. 1518/UBND-VX dated 31-3-2020 on the implementation of urgent measures to prevent and control Covid-19.
Accordingly, continue to implement social gap until the end of April 22, 2020. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the director, heads of departments, agencies, unions and heads of all levels of government to suspend the meeting, gather over 20 people; stop all religious services; strictly handle agencies, units and localities to occur the gathering of more than 20 people; ban from gathering more than 10 people outside the workplace, school, hospital; request a minimum distance of 2m between people and people at public places; operating workshops and factories must ensure a safe distance, wear a mask, disinfect and disinfect according to regulations; continue to close unnecessary services: Massage, gym, yoga room, dance hall, tourist facilities, sightseeing, entertainment, entertainment, movie shows, pubs, catering business ...
