Early April 22, provincial Party Committee held a get-together for former officials of the Propaganda and Training Commission of Thu Dau Mot – Binh Duong over periods, along with former leaders of provincial School of Politics, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Binh Duong Newspaper, Binh Duong Radio and Television Station. The event was attended by Nguyen Loc Ha, Permanent Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee; Bui Thanh Nhan, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee's Propaganda-Education and Mass Mobilization Commission.
Throughout every historical stage, the ideological and propaganda sector has consistently played a pioneering role on the political-ideological front, contributing to strengthening trust, nurturing ideals and safeguarding the ideological foundation of the Party.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Ha sincerely expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the significant contributions of former and current leaders, officials, Party members and civil servants in the propaganda, media and cultural sectors to the cause of building and developing today’s Binh Duong. Mr. Ha emphasized that the get-together was not only an occasion to recall the glorious traditions of ideological and cultural work, but also an opportunity to honor previous generations – those who dedicated their youth and wholehearted commitment to the noble revolutionary cause. This was also a moment for the current generation to learn from, inherit and further promote that tradition in a new context when communication and ideological orientation are increasingly important in an era of integration and national advancement. Hence, officials in the fields of propaganda, theoretical work, media, journalism and culture must truly act as frontline soldiers.
With the spirit of the Great Spring Victory of 1975, each official, Party member and civil servant working in the Party's ideological and cultural sectors today must strive with dedication, creativity and courage to think and act for common benefits to jointly write the next chapter in the development story of Binh Duong in this new era.
