Wasted material buyers contribute to protect environment.
Everyone can see wasted materials buyers across streets. More importantly, they contribute to protect environment.Mrs. Vu Thi My left her native land in Nghe An Northern Province to earn a living in Southern region in 2006. She has started the work of buying wasted materials for 3 years.
Most of wasted materials buyers come from the Northern and Central provinces. Mrs. Phung Thi Hoa from the northern province of Bac Ninh, said ‘I’ve started the job for 2 months with an average income of about VND50thousadn per day. The work is more comfortable than farming in my native land. I save money to support my son living in native land’.
Mrs.Hoa from Thanh Hoa Northern Province said that thanks to the work, she can afford to send her daughter to university, despite her native land-based people’s ridicule.
Many abandoned things can be reused, so the job can exist and develop. Wasted material buyers also contribute to environmental protection.
With the income of VND50-100thousand per day, they have to travel across alleys, streets and even collect wasted materials at dumping grounds.
