After receiving it, Binh Duong provincial Department of Health would instruct the beneficiaries to effectively preserve and use the refrigerator for the right purposes. The Department would also instruct beneficiary units to account and monitor hospital goods that have been allocated in accordance with the accounting regime. The units should also implement the settlement in accordance with the guidance of Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Health and report to Binh Duong provincial Department of Finance for carrying out the procedures of recording revenues and expenditures in accordance with regulations on management and use of sources official development.
