From the beginning of the year, the Steering Committee of the project of unifying and gathering young workers in the province in 2021-2025 has strengthened activities to build a core force to participate in the unity and gathering of young workers locally.
The Steering Committee has organized 2 training courses on the project for 2021-2025 among full-time project officers, branch leaders, and secretaries of immigrant worker unions and the core force of the project; thereby, improving knowledge and skills for the core force, collaborators and propagandists in the work of solidarity and gathering of young workers.
On the other hand, the project organizing committee at all levels reviewed and strengthened the core force in line with the actual situation at the unit, and continued to promote the role of the training council and coaches at all levels in organizing activities of branches, clubs, teams, and groups. The units also strengthened training and introduction of projects to key cadres and core forces taking the classes of admission to the CPV and introduce typical members, young workers and workers to the Party for consideration and admission.
