Mr. Nguyen Duy Phuong, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union, said that at the company, there are many female union members and workers who are far from home and cannot afford to return hometown to give birth, so giving birth is often very difficult for young mothers. Therefore, the Trade Union cooperated with the company's medical staff to organize a program to examine, advise, teach how to take care of children and give gifts to encourage female union members before motherhood.
