Emulation movements of "Excellent and Creative labor" and "Promoting initiatives for technical improvement, rationalization of production" among officials, union members, employees, and employees have plenty at all levels. Trade unions cooperated with authorities and organizations to launch and actively deploy the movements of many topics of technical improvement, production rationalization, application of scientific and technological advances, undertaking the implementation of works and products, saving raw materials, improving productivity, quality, production and business efficiency of units and enterprises.

Hai's initiative has helped the company not have to invest in more cup stamping machines and save investment costs of electricity used for equipment, operating manpower, and other consumable expenses by more than VND 100 million a month.
Nguyen Van Nhat of Leading Star Vietnam Garment Co. Ltd. In Dong An Industrial Park is with the initiative to manufacture machines in the buttonhole stage. Before the improvement, the machine could only close 1 buttonhole for the product at a time. After being improved, the machine automatically closes the second hole to save 35% of the time for each product in the buttonhole process. Besides, he also has the initiative to create an automatic gluing machine to be able to paste about 40,000 cards compared to manual paste of 7,000 cards by one person a day. This initiative helps to increase labor productivity and save costs for businesses by more than VND 375 million a machine a month.

According to the provincial Trade Union , in order for the emulation movement among employees to be regular, continual and bring practical results, the provincial Trade Union's Standing Board actively develop a plan to launch an emulation movement among provincial workers and employees and direct trade unions at all levels to coordinate with professionals and employers in organizing patriotic emulation campaigns to celebrate major national holidays and important political events of the country, to launch emulation movements to welcome the Trade Union Congress at all levels to the 11th Congress of Trade Unions of Binh Duong province and the 13th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union of 2023-2028 tenure, to organize activities to respond to Workers' Month and Action Month on occupational safety and hygiene. The movements have had new changes in widespread, in-depth and order.
The contest movements of "Studying to improve academic and professional qualifications, meeting the requirements of integration and development", "Practice thrift, combat waste, negativity and prevent society's vices", “Emulation to serve the cause of industrialization and modernization of agriculture and rural development”, "Being good at domestic work, doing housework" have for example associated with promoting "Studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style" has spread far and wide. Along with that, the Trade Union levels also stick to the topic of taking care of jobs and life for workers, to strive to achieve the highest goals and tasks of the Resolution of the 12th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, the Resolution of the 10th Congress of the Trade Union of Binh Duong province.
The provincial Trade Union levels have also focused on organizing practical activities to take care of union members and employees. Specifically, the work of taking care of the New Year for trade union members and immigrant workers who cannot return to their hometown and stay in Binh Duong to celebrate Tet while organizing a series of meaningful and practical events and activities on the occasion of the Workers' Month, the Month of Action on occupational safety and health, especially companion activities, and supporting workers to overcome difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
