In the first 9 months of 2023, credit capital support for social and policy beneficiaries will be focused on timely and effective implementation by sectors in Thu Dau Mot city.
Accordingly, new loans have been disbursed to poor and nearly-poor households, students, creation of jobs and loans offering to social housing with a total amount of nearly VND 180 billion for 2,440 households to benefit. In particular, the largest proportion of loans are for borrowers with 2,271 households from the job creation program; the rest are loans for student loan programs and loan programs for poor and nearly-poor households. Currently, the city is keeping on to coordinate with the provincial Social Policy Bank to strengthen direction and organize regular and periodic investigations and reviews for poor, nearly-poor households or households with average living standards and other local beneficiaries, creating conditions for them to quickly access and promptly benefit from policy credit capital resources.
