On Oct 1st, Cultural - Social Board of Provincial People's Council had a meeting with departments, branches and localities on implementation results of socialization policy in fields of education, health, culture and sports in the province in 2015-2020 period.
At the meeting, representatives of departments, branches and localities in the province clarified some contents such as: Rental, construction of material facilities; land rent exemption and reduction, credit incentives for businesses, organizations and individuals participating in socialization investment; results of attracting and encouraging socialization...
Leaders of departments, branches and localities pointed out some shortcomings, limitations, and proposed solutions to more effectively implement socialization policies on education, healthcare, culture and sports in the province in the coming time.
Concluding the meeting, Trinh Duc Tai, Head of Cultural - Social Board, appreciated the results of departments, branches and localities in implementing socialization policy. In order to achieve the best quality and efficiency of socialization, he suggested departments, branches and localities need to actively collaborate with relevant units to advise Provincial People's Committee about reviewing and ensuring clean land fund to attract good resources, give priority to socialization in education, health, culture and sports. The Board also noted opinions and recommendations to report to Provincial People's Council for consideration and settlement.
