Established in 2000, Dan On Food Co.Ltd. in TDM town’s Hiep Thanh ward is specialized in processing various food products for export with 300 staffs. The staffs of the company have always made efforts in manufacturing quality products at customers’ demand. Currently, the company’s markets are mainly choosy countries like U.S, Canada…
The company has also always taken good care of the lives of workers. In addition to the State’s policies on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance…, the company has made many other incentive policies for its staffs; visited and presented gifts for needy staffs; gave financial support for those who have the demand of building or upgrading houses…, said company director Nguyen Hai Duong.
Along with financial support from the company, staffs herein have been equipped knowledge about traffic safety, food safety and hygiene…The company has also paid more attention to taking care of staffs’ spiritual lives. Currently, the company has a hairdressing room, a dancesport room, a yoga room…for its staffs, contributing to helping them relax after hard-working hours…

Dan On Food Co.Ltd. has actively got involved in social charity activities. Over the past years, the company built gratitude houses for some policy beneficiary families; visited and presented gifts to pupils at some junior high schools; granted scholarships worth VND1mln each to poor-but-excellent students; visited and donated money and gifts to several centers for the disabled and orphans and some poor households in and out of the province.
The company’s social charity activities have also received a positive response from its staffs. Every month, the company’s staffs subscribe millions of dong to the company’s fund in order to visit and offer help to disadvantaged people. “To become a “nice” business, we have not only attached special importance to prestige and quality business activities, but also got involved in social charity activities expressing the responsibility for the community”, said Mr.Duong.
