The provincial People’s Committee ratified the project of “Building information system on the provincial natural resources and environment management” on Decision No.5578/QĐ-UBND with the purpose of building a database system of land in service for agencies.
At present, the project is in the phase of construction at 9 districts, towns and city. Accordingly, Thuan An town is chosen as a pilot locality to assess and draw experiences.
This project is expected to complete by the end of 2015. this is a foundation for building and monitoring implementation of policies of land management, meeting the rising requirements of the State management, socio-economic development, national defense and security, scientific research, international cooperation and other demands.
Local residents could search information on their land lot via the webpage of www.binhduong.lis.vn as well as access information searching system of land transaction files through the online information port or SMS.
