On May 8, Binh Duong Post Office inked service of paying public administration results via post office with Dau Tieng district People’s Committee.
Accordingly, Dau Tieng district Post Office in cooperation with Dau Tieng district People’s Committee receives to transfer public administration documents under areas of land environment, business registration and so on. The service’s lump-sum fee is at VND20,000/item to localities such as Dau Tieng, Thuan An, Di An, Ben Cat and Tan Uyen and VND30,000/item to addresses of Phu Giao district and VND60,500/item to addresses out of the province. Duration of transfer is one day for Dau Tieng district, two days for districts, towns and city under the province and maximum 6 days for localities out of the province.
In order to encourage people to use the service, Binh Duong Post Office gives a 100% free program of inner-provincial service charge and grants 20 gifts to 20 first clients using this service in the opening day.
Earlier, Ben Cat town People’s Committee and Binh Duong Post Office inked a contract on the same service on May 7. Accordingly, 12 fields including land, environment, construction, business, notary, residence, karaoke business, ensured transaction, school establishment, identification card, vehicle registration are in the service.
Since 2012, Binh Duong Post Office has joined in transferring public administration documents. The service has received great response from local people.
