In the 2010-2015, provincial Department of Education – Training coordinated closely with People’s Committees of districts, towns, city to draw up planning for synchronous school system to meet national standards at rural communes in the province.

Accordingly, during 5 years, the province built and completed 174 schools at all levels with a total investment of VND5,986 billion, including 54 projects having total investment of 1,800 billion at rural communes. Currently the province has 24/66 preschools; 32/60 primary schools; 14/27 secondary schools built at rural communes and meeting national standards. According to a recent assessment, the province has 39/49 communes meeting the 5th criterion within national new rural construction criteria on “The proportion of preschools, elementary, secondary schools with facilities meeting national standards".
In addition, the province has 100% continuing education - technical - vocational guidance centers of district level to have facilities with more than two floors; 100% new rural communes to have community-learning centers.
