During probation, factory workers usually do it wrong due to worrisome. As a veteran, Ms. Do Thi Kim Loan, a factory worker of Phu Xuan Co. Ltd. (in Hiep Thanh Ward, Thu Dau Mot City) could understand and feel the same fear of freshmen in a new factory. Loan is sewing a product
For Loan, it was not easy to practice sewing as she was paid by up-to-standard products made without faulty. Thus, she had to make great efforts to ensure the payments of VND 6-7 million a month by her own initiative. Loan explained of the habit of sewing product by product. Some may be distracted to adjusting the product while sewing, which may waste their time and leave them to the risks of sewing off the drawn lines. As for her, she would sew 10 products in a row after carefully viewing the drawn lines, then, scissors are made use of in separating the products by cutting. Her humble but effective initiative has helped her do excellent work all the time. Later, many other factory workers could earn higher by following her method. She was honored with merit certificate of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee in 2014 and various merit certificates of the company for her initiatives.
In addition, Loan is considered as a "teacher" to factory workers in apprenticeship. For new factory workers, during recess, she often stays to guide them from stitch to stitch. She has helped to train more skillful factory workers for the company. Ms. Le Thi Ngoc, a company worker said: "I have been so afraid of not being eligible for the position for faulty stitching. Knowing my worrisome, Ms. Loan, by her enthusiasm, encouraged me to get through the probation days. Now, I have become a proficient worker. I my heart I am thankful to her for her help of sustaining my occupation".
Loan is not only an excellent worker but also an enthusiast in activities initiated by the company's Labor Union. Loan said: "As workers, we use all our time at the factory. Therefore, I join all activities organized by the Labor Union to ease the "thirst" for recreation.After such activities with co-workers I would be more comfortable to continue the work."
