In 12 years working for Grassroot Labor Union, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoang (in photo), the Chair of Grassroot Labor of Panko Vina in My Phuoc I Industrial Park of Ben Cat Town has been in close relationship to the employees.
In two tenures, he has been playing good role of a labor union officer in supporting the employees.

Hoang knows of specific needs and demands of both the employers and employees. Thus, he knows how to balance the labor relationship for the best benefits for both sides.
With passion and devotion, Hoang has made great efforts in building up such relationship.
Hoang said: “Many times, the working staffs may fail to understand the situations and propose unreasonable demands. We have to meet up and elaborate all the labor legal regulations. On the other hand, the Board of Director on giving out new decisions shall be consulted by the labor union for the best benefits to employees. If the employee may give out unreasonable demands, we shall engage to connect the employers to employees. Besides, to assure them to work, we frequently organizes recreation festivals and sports games fro them. We also take care of the meals for them to ensure best health for work.”
