Di An municipal Union usually organizes entertaining activities to attract youngsters to Union organizations.Municipal Youth Union has enhanced universalization, communication in order for young workers to perceive meanings of their works in the process of industrialization and modernization. At monthly meetings, Standing committee of provincial Union reminds units to mobilize young workers, youngsters at lodgings for activities at localities, thereby, set up union branches at lodging areas.As the project “Strengthening of youth union and aggregation” emerged, units have been supported in overheads; disseminated information, knowledge as well as migrant workers were supported money to overcome difficulties. Therefore, youngsters realized benefits of involvement and then voluntarily register in unions. Currently, 168 branches at lodging areas with 7,866 members were established. These are key forces for security protection, conflict mediation and cultural, sporting activities at lodging and localities. Some prefer learning, training, some engage in working to improve earnings. They deserve to be vanguard forces in regional economic, political, cultural, social development. Regarding to youth aggregation, Di An municipal Union has implemented approaches to improve quality of youngsters, reinforce unification and build up unions branches at non-state enterprises. Many activities taking care of physical and spiritual life of workers were arranged such as: giving Tet presents, organization of Young worker’s Week, summer dream program, lucky Friday program for children of workers, health counseling, informatics education, supporting funds, establishment of “Migrant youngsters with difficulties foundation”.To achieve aforementioned results, Unions branches keeps propagating, organizing attracting activities, establishing more branches. In additions, units associated with lodging proprietors to assist youngsters. Many activities were held at lodging areas in order to facilitate participation of youngsters.
