The city’s Fatherland Front Committees and socio-political organizations at all levels have propagandized and mobilized people in residential areas to contribute efforts and money to building infrastructure such as concreting roads, participating in making urban rejuvenation, dredging sewers... to make the landscape and environment of residential areas more and more beautiful, cleaner and cleaner.

Duong Que Tram, Vice-Chairwoman of An Binh ward’s Fatherland Front Committee said that the ward’s Fatherland Front Standing Committee coordinated with member organizations, departments and mass organizations to closely associate with the Executive Boards of quarters, the Boards of Fatherland Front, the self-governing People's Group to regularly propagandize and mobilize people to implement the 5 contents of the campaign "All people unite to build a civilized city". Under the campaign, in 2022, the ward’s Fatherland Front Committee implemented a number of effective models, including the model "Energy light alley". With the coordination of the Executive Board, the Board of Fatherland Front and people of Groups 21 and 31, Binh Duong 1 quarter built 29 solar light poles, with a total cost of VND 39.6 million on 2 roads of the groups 21 and 31.

Over the past time, many movements and campaigns to affirm social significance with deeply humanity appeared in Di An City, making great contributions to successfully realizing the local socio-economic goals. Especially, through the implementation of the movement “All people unite to build cultural life", many bright examples have appeared in the city, spreading and encouraging people to participate in emulation movements, contributing to preventing and repelling many negative phenomena in the society.
Pham Van Bay, Vice-Chairman of Di An city’s People's Committee said that the implementation of the “All people unite to build cultural life" movement in the city has become more and more qualitative and comprehensive and is shown vividly, richly and truthfully in many fields of social life. From agencies, units, schools, hospitals, neighborhoods, businesses to lodging facilities, households..., in every field, we can see the quality and effectiveness of leadership, direction and implementation of the movement. The results achieved by the movement over the past time has showed the participation of the whole political system quite clearly. Through the implementation of the movement, many typical collectives and individuals, new and good models have appeared....All have created synergy, helping the locality overcome all difficulties and get more and more thriving.
In addition to the achieved results, according to the city’s Steering Committee of the movement, the implementation of the movement has still had certain shortcomings. In order to overcome these shortcomings, besides further promoting the leadership of all-level Party Committees and authorities in implementing the movement, the city’s Steering Committee of the movement will further promote propaganda in various forms, raising awareness and transforming actions among people from all strata. The Steering Committee will continue effectively integrating the “All people unite to build cultural life" movement into other movements, namely “Acceleration of learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle”, “Building a civilized, cultural lifestyle”, “Day for the poor”, “All people protect national security”, universal education, domestic violence prevention, gender equality strategy... to create synergy, improving the quality of the movement.
