On November 10, provincial Department of Education and Training organized a conference to enhance digital transformation in school management, orienting the building of a smart school model.
At the conference, representatives of high and secondary schools shared what they have done in strengthening digital transformation in school management. They also discussed activities done by them as well as problems in the process of implementing digital transformation, thereby learning from experience for practical application at their units.
Addressing the conference, leader of provincial Department of Education and Training hoped that after this conference, the high school divisions under the department, secondary and high schools will discuss more deeply the contents that need to be implemented in the coming time. Schools will immediately implement digital transformation in school management so that by the end of the 2023-2024 school year, they will be basically able to carry out 1 or 2 activities on digital transformation.
On this occasion, provincial Department of Education and Training implemented a solution to build a smart school model for secondary schools. Accordingly, in 2024, a pilot program on the model will be implemented in a number of secondary and high schools that meet the requirements under the set of indicators to evaluate the level of digital transformation. After evaluating the effectiveness of the pilot model, from the 2024-2025 school year onwards, it will be expanded to the remaining secondary and high schools.
