On the 72th anniversary of information and communication sector, Dau Tieng district Culture – Information Bureau organized a conference on implementation of state management documents in the field of information and communication in 2017.
At the conference, owners of Internet service providers, photocopy and sim card shop owners in the district learned about documents of state management, decrees and circulars on management and administrative sanctions related their business. Specifically, the Government's Decree No. 72/2003 / ND-CP on management, provision and use of internet services and online information; Decree No. 174/2013 / ND-CP of the Government on sanctioning against administrative violations in the fields of post, telecommunications, information technology and radio frequency; Decision No. 31 / QĐ-UBND of Binh Duong People's Committee issued the regulation on management procedure of public internet access points and public electronic game service points in Binh Duong province. At the conference, participants also exchanged and answered questions about the implementation of the documents in accordance with the actual business operations.
