early June, province-based enterprises have continued recruiting a large number
of laborers to satisfy their production and business activities. This is an
opportunity for enterprises and laborers to meet. It also helps laborers select
jobs suitable to their ability. 
Job transaction floor absorbing many laborers
Another job transaction session was organized at provincial Job Center last weekend, absorbing a large number of laborers. The image of laborers standing in line to be interviewed by Wonderful Saigon Electrics Co.Ltd at the job transaction floor session showed that laborers’ demand for employment was very great. As announced, the company needed to recruit 500 laborers with the average monthly wage of between VND8mln and VND30mln.
Recently, Binh Duong’s labor market has also been very attractive to senior laborers from other localities. Dai Co Jonathan Charles Fine Furniture Co.Ltd. has announced the recruitment of 350 laborers with detail information about itself, ranging from investment capital to production line. This has aimed to help laborers obviously know about jobs at the company. Supporting enterprises with demand for laborers
To opportunely meet enterprises’ demand for laborers, since early June, provincial Job Center has organized its job transaction session once a week. Beginning from May, provincial Department of Unemployment Insurance has also increased its working hours from Monday to Sunday.
Accordingly, the province’s job transaction session last weekend was held with many forms. It absorbed more than 1,700 laborers, 1,625 of whom were directly interviewed by recruiters. More 7,000 laborers also visited the job transaction session via internet…
Nguyen Thanh Phuong, Head of provincial Job Center’s Department of Job Introduction said that the center has held 9 job consultancy groups and gave consultancy to companies in towns of Di An, Thuan An, Tan Uyen, Ben Cat, industrial parks of Song Than, Dong An and Thong Dung Footwear Co. The groups have focused on job introduction with companies’ recruitment information, thereby helping laborers quickly integrate into labor market for a stable life. They have also given consultancy on unemployment insurance for laborers. Noticeably, they have helped companies affected by the recent incidents opportunely supplement workforce to resume operation.
