Morning Aug 12, provincial Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs held the closing ceremony of Binh Duong Province Contest of Handmade Vocational Training Equipment 2016 at Di An Vocational Junior College.
The contest had 25 handmade tools from vocational training institutions in the province. The organizers gave marks and awarded first team prize to Dong An High-tech Vocational College no second prize, third prize and consolation prize). In addition, the organizers also warded 16 prizes to author groups with best handmade equipment of 4 categories: mechanical engineering technology, Civil electricity and Industrial electricity, Mechatronics and Industrial electronics, other categories and software. The group from Dong An High-tech Vocational College excellently won 3 first prizes. Southern Technology and Agriculture Forestry Vocational College got first prize of other categories and software.
The contest was a periodical professional activity to enable teachers to apply classroom knowledge into practical life. This was also an opportunity for faculties, students to directly exchange experiences in creating, researching suitable equipment for teaching and learning activities in schools, vocational facilities in the province.
Also at the ceremony, leaders of Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs conferred PPC’s certificate of merit on Vuong Dinh Phu, student of Vietnam –Singapore Vocational College, because he had excellent won third prize of the 9th National Skill Contest 2016.
