As of now, provincial Labor Union and higher Trade Union locals have inked cooperation agreements with 34 enterprises and there were 210,000 trade unionists and laborers used products, services from partners with a total value of benefits at nearly VND10billion.

According to statistics, more than 1,700 enterprises in the province provided laborers with meals and there were 92% of them with meals at VND15,000 and above each and no report on food poisoning from them.

Provincial Trade Unions at all levels also teamed up with the local health sector to give a welfare program on healthcare for trade unionists and laborers; mobilized social resources, especially from enterprises to donate gifts and houses of compassion worth VND200million to trade unionists and laborers with difficult circumstances.

Accordingly, each Trade Union local will be proactive to carry out welfare programs for trade unionists and laborers while coordinating with employers to organize at least one activity or one model taking care of trade unionists and laborers.

Particularly, Trade Union locals will actively respond to the “Well working, creatively working” emulation movement; ensure labor safety-hygiene; uphold technical innovations, initiatives, apply sci-tech advancements into production; create high-quality products with competitive price with the goal of “Higher productivity, better welfare”; organize dialogues with trade unionists, laborers for timely support; honor outstanding trade unionists and laborers…
