Commemorating 39th year of the South Liberation and Nation Unification (April 30, 1975 to April 30, 2014), youths in Binh Duong Province have joined practical activities to express their gratitude to Vietnamese heroic mothers and families of contribution to the nation revolution.Tribute to Vietnamese heroic mothersIn Binh Duong Province, 37 Vietnamese heroic mothers are living. To express the national tradition of origin remembering, the youths have been offered with various programs and projects taking care of socially privileged people, children, and young factory workers.

For the project, Association of Youths and Young Medicine Doctor Society have coordinated to take core of Vietnamese heroic mothers for life with monthly and regular health-caring activities to encourage them.Initiating the project, the Association of Youths has coordinated with My Phuoc General Hospital and Binh Duong FPT to visit and offer free medicines to 5 heroic mothers in My Phuoc Ward and An Dien Commune of Ben Cat Town. At the places, the heroic mothers were offered general health check and free medicines at the cost of VND 800,000 each.Education of traditionsIn parallel with the project of tribute to Vietnamese heroic mothers, other activities expressing gratitude to predecessors through tour to remains and sites to educate national traditions to the youths.The Youth’s League Block of Enterprises have mobilized its members to clean up and offer incense to martyr monuments in the province. The humble action of higher tribute. For the time to come, the block shall organize trips to Con Dao where its members would visit the formerly prison of colonies, thereby, they would be educated of patriotism in the realistic history lessons.Ms. Nguyen Vo Thanh Thao, Deputy Secretary of Youth’s League Block of Provincial Agencies informed that the upcoming trips were to educate the members of a tradition of resistance wars to nation unification.
