Early August 29, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, Students Association Secretariat and Young Pioneer Organization held a conference to review the activities of the Youth Union, Students Association, Young Pioneer Organization as well as teenagers, children’s movements in schools for the 2023-2024 academic year; extend a plan for the 2024-2025 academic year. The event was attended by Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh, Deputy Head of provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission.
During the 2023-2024 school year, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, Students Association Secretariat and Young Pioneer Organization effectively implemented activities to promote political, ideological, traditional, ethical, lifestyle and legal education for teenagers and children in schools. They also encouraged the voluntary and creative spirit of teenagers and children through launching revolutionary action movements; always accompanied and supported young people in their learning, startup, career development and cultivation of life skills; improved their physical health, cultural & spiritual lives and international integration skills.
Some notable programs included a series of activities during the 2024 provincial Students’ Week, the journey connecting outstanding students with the community, agencies and businesses; the 2024 "Building dreams, fulfilling ambitions" green summer volunteer program; the program for sorting, collecting, and recycling milk cartons in the province…
On this occasion, provincial Youth Union and Students Association awarded emulation banners to five groups with outstanding achievements in Youth Union, Students Association, Young Pioneer Organization activities, teenagers and children’s movements for the 2023-2024 school year. They also presented the certificates of merit from provincial Youth Union Executive Committee to 352 collectives and individuals; awarded the certificates of merit to 12 collectives with excellent performance in Youth Union, Students Association, Young Pioneer Organization activities at the local schools during the 2023-2024 school year.
