Assistance for youths in their work
Through supportive programs of economic development, vocational training, technical transfer and so on, numerous youths have enjoyed chance and selection of employment. The provincial Job Center has held job consultancies for 5,570 youths and unionists, introduced and trained job for 3,298 youths and unionists.
In addition, the youth unions at all levels have offered assistance on loan offering, vocational training, technical transfer with the total value of over VND7.5bil as well as disbursed loans at the Bank for Social Policies at all levels with the total outstanding loan of VND189bil.
Possibly speaking, thanks to efforts of taking care of youths’ career and employment, youths’ awareness and thinking on study and employment have showed a positive change.
Manpower development spurred
Based on the done achievements, the provincial program of youth development 2012 will focus on building and developing human resources. Accordingly, the provincial Youth Union will cooperate with departments, agencies and sectors to select and train key cadres for communal agencies, to foster medical cadres and employees and foster young talents.
By such positive goals, local young generation should excel the new conditions and chances.
