Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has launched a movement with four best things on creativeness, quality, safety and economization among young workers, aiming to uphold efficiency in production and young workers’ volunteer spirit. After being launched for a short time, the movement has brought practical results to young workers.
Nguyen Thi Thanh Mai, Vice-Secretary of provincial Youth Union said that provincial Youth Union Standing Committee promulgated the Plan No.247-KH/TDTN-CNDT dated February 4, 2016 on extending the movement among young workers. Accordingly, the movement has been promoted among young workers with practical and significant contents ensured in association with features and needs of each locality and unit.
Outstanding young workers honored
Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company, provincial Agencies Bloc’s Youth Union and Support Center for Young Workers have concretized the movement by good ways. Many initiatives were applied into reality, contributing to bringing these units the benefit of billions of dong. This showed that young workers took part in the movement by actively studying to improve their professional skills and were equipped with skills on labor safety to ensure the highest productivity. For the best quality criterion, there were 15,000 Youth Union members and young workers in the province registering to improve their workmanship and say no to technical mistakes, production frauds that affect the quality of products. Provincial Youth Unions at all levels also organized 6 talk shows on setting up industrial working style for 1,200 young workers. For the best creativeness criterion, they also widely and deeply implemented technical innovation movements among young workers, thereby creating initiatives with sci-tech application to raise labor productivity.
Regarding the best economical criterion, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee boosted propaganda work on economization among Youth Union members. Provincial Youth Unions at all levels also organized emulation activities on economization; proposed technical initiatives to save time and materials in production, helping companies save around VND2.3billion.
For the safest criterion, provincial Youth Unions at all levels also held 17 training courses on labor discipline and safety for nearly 2,200 Youth Union members. Provincial Support Center for Young Workers teamed up with businesses to organize 5 classes on labor safety and hygiene for businesses…
