Following the patriotism emulation movements where the movements of creative and excellent labor dominate, Labor Union of Binh Duong Provincial Industrial Parks has launched to movements to gain support of its grassroots. Thanks to the movement, plenty of models of creativity for highest benefits of the enterprises.
The flourished models
Graduated from Electronics Faculty of Lac Hong University, Mr. Nguyen Van Hai was employed by P.V Vietnam Corporation in Song Than 2 Industrial Park as a maintenance worker. The favored working conditions gave him opportunities to promote his talent and all-out efforts. In nearly 8 years of working, he has made 6 initiatives to bring highest economic yields to the company. Notably, his initiative to create cake moulds to save time and fees for the company.

Working for Framas Vietnam in 3 and a half years, Mr. Tran Quoc Hung is highly appreciated by leaders of the company for his serious working manner and expertise for the profession. Hung said: “My work requires carefulness and smart skills to administer enough glue amount to shoe-making. You have to train yourself through the accurate calculation.”
To encourage the talents
Mr. Le Nho Luong, President of Labor Union of Binh Duong Industrial Parks, by determination that creativity is the most important factor, has demanded the grassroots to expand the emulation movements to gain enthusiasm of enterprises.
Under statistics, the emulation movements have enabled over 1,000 initiatives to bring up benefits to enterprises at over VND 100 billion. According to Luong, the union also facilitated awards to individuals and collectives to ensure the success fo the movements.
On such basis, Labor Union of Binh Duong Industrial Parks has praised up 234 excellent workers having initiatives in 2015. Those are the models of the emulation movements in 2015 for creativity at work. The prizes and awards are very encouraging to the workers for their continual efforts and devotion.
