The focus of the communication efforts will be on conveying the role, significance, objectives, and importance of reforming and controlling administrative procedures; implementing one-stop-shop mechanisms in the management of administrative tasks in conjunction with digital transformation; and fostering collaboration with the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and organizations at all levels. This collaboration is essential to ensure effective supervision and critique in the execution and management of administrative procedures, as well as in the reception and resolution of feedback and recommendations regarding administrative regulations from citizens and businesses by State agencies at all levels.
