Early October 1, Bui Minh Thanh, Secretary of Ben Cat city’s Party Committee, along with leaders of relevant units, held a working session with leaders of My Phuoc and An Dien wards regarding preparations for the local Party Congresses for the 2025-2030 tenure. These are the two localities selected to host exemplary Party congresses at both provincial and city levels.
According to reports from the Party Committees of the 2 wards, the local Party cells have begun implementing the personnel process and drafting documents, with the goal of completing their Party congresses by November 2024. The Party Committees of the 2 wards have also established subcommittees to provide recommendations for the congresses’ contents.
Particularly, My Phuoc ward’s Party Committee plans to hold provincial exemplary Party congress on January 9-10, 2025 while An Dien ward’s Party Committee is expected to hold the city-level exemplary congress in early January 2025.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Thanh emphasized that the exemplary Party Congresses of My Phuoc and An Dien wards is a significant political event, not only for the two wards, but also for the entire political system of the city. He called on all departments, sectors and mass organizations to unite in supporting the two localities to fulfill their tasks successfully.
Additionally, the two wards were encouraged to focus on completing projects in celebration of the congress, mobilize businesses and residents to participate in these celebratory works, showcase achievements from the previous term, apply information technology to organize the congress and ensure food safety as well as public security before, during and after the congress.
