Early May 9, Truong Thi Bich Hanh, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Education and Propaganda Commission chaired a meeting to check preparatory work for the conference to thoroughly understand and implement regulations of the Secretariat of the CPV Central Committee on press, publishing in the Southern region organized by the Central Propaganda and Education Commission in Binh Duong.

After hearing discussion on options to welcome and serve delegates of the conference and activities for 2 days (May 10 and 11), Mrs. Hanh emphasized that this is an important event and an opportunity for Binh Duong to promote the local friendly and affectionate image. Therefore, relevant agencies and units need to have coordination to ensure safety, thoughtfulness, and make a deep impression on neighboring provinces and cities.
Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda-Education Commission will provide a list of delegates, delegation members and staff to serve the conference so that relevant agencies and units should grasp, proactively review and ensure safety and security for the conference.
