To carry out plans of traffic order and safety ensuring on occasion of National Day 2nd September and new school year beginning, provincial Traffic Safety board deployed subordinate bodies, mass media agencies, and Traffic Safety boards of provincial localities to intensify effective practical remedies.

Traffic police do duties to ensure traffic safety.
Accordingly, provincial Department of Transport directed to inspect intensively road traffic, conditions of transportation businesses, passenger transporting vehicles at bus stations, and ensure that passengers did not have to stay overnight at stations.
Businesses, cooperatives, Administrative and Control Centers of Transport had to have plans to transport passengers, arrange sufficient vehicles, staff on duty to solve timely arisen problems; give trainings to drivers to assure schedules, fare prices, and service quality.
Transportation inspectors cooperated with traffic police, social order administrative police to prevent, handle resolutely vehicles carrying exceeding number of passengers; tackle violations of traffic infrastructure, urban traffic order and safety, pavement encroachment and so on.
Traffic police increased frequency of traffic safety inspection, handled strictly traffic violations, prevented illegal racing, and cooperated with inspectors of Transport Department to examine safety condition of vehicles.
