The Department of Health directs hospitals and medical examination and treatment facilities to arrange forces, vehicles, medical equipment, and medicines to ensure the highest ability to rescue victims and minimize human losses in the event of traffic accidents. The Department of Education and Training directs educational institutions to require parents to take measures to educate and closely manage their children during the summer vacation.
