Noticeably, the company has paid more attention to the voluntary donation movement. The “Blood donation” festive day is annually held by the company. So far, the company has organized 5 stages of voluntary blood donation with 694 units of blood donated. Many workers herein have given blood many times. As planned, the company this year will mobilize its workers to donate 140 units of blood.
To achieve the above-mentioned result, the propaganda and mobilization work of all people in the company to take part in the voluntary blood donation campaign has always received strong response from company directorate and trade union. The company has also disseminated about the noble meaning of voluntary blood donation among its workers to promote the campaign. In addition to the rights and interests as stipulated by the Ministry of Health, the company has provided each blood donor a meal worth VND25,000.
