Company has promoted its emulation movement on technical innovation among all
workers. Nguyen Van Phong, President of the company’s trade union local said
that the company’s directorate has always braced up workers’ creative spirit.
Particularly, the company has made a project to improve its production process
for better development. The project has helped workers herein propose their
ideas for innovating the company’s production process at ease.

All initiatives from workers applied into production have also received timely compliment from the company. Mr.Phong said: “Since early this year, there have been 16 initiatives on technical innovation in production. They have been collected and submitted to the company’s directorate for consideration and commendation to encourage the spirit of workers”.
Dinh Van Thanh, Head of the company’s Technical Department said: “Under the support of the company, I have bravely researched to seek good initiatives for the company’s production and business activities…”. Thanks to his initiative on technological innovation, the company has saved working time, production materials…
Also being a staff with many initiatives on technological innovation, Vo Thi Truc Ha said that she has always considered and mapped out more proper technical initiatives for the company’s production process.
Paying attention to laborers’ lives
According to Mr.Phong, Esrinta Vietnam Co. is now home to 5,000 workers. The company’s directorate and trade union local have always taken care of laborers’ spiritual and material lives. All 15 members of the trade union local’s executive board are now present at the company’s 5 workshops to opportunely catch laborers’ aspirations and thoughts. This has helped the company’s trade union local well realize its function of monitoring and protecting laborers’ legitimate rights and interests.
Particularly, the trade union local has regularly monitored and promoted the company’s directorate to realize the State’s policies for laborers; helped them understand and sign labor deals with the company as stipulated. The trade union local has also known about laborers’ aspirations and thoughts to opportunely ensure their legitimate rights and interests.
Especially, the trade union local has also regularly visited trade unionists with difficulties; given awards for workers’ children with good academic results; mobilized trade unionists to get involved in social charity activities…Nguyen Van Manh, a trade unionist of the company said: “I have worked for the company since 2008. We have received more attention from the company. Along with policies on welfare, bonus and allowance as stipulated, the company’s trade union local has regularly organized cultural and sports activities for laborers at the weekends, contributing to creating useful playgrounds for them…”.
According to Mr.Phong, the company’s trade union local has taken good care of laborers’ spiritual and material lives while protecting their legitimate rights and interests. This has come from the thoughtful care of the company’s directorate. The company’s directorate has always satisfied the trade union local and laborers’ practical and legitimate demands. Upon this, the trade union local has created a faith for laborers, helping them have a strong attachment to the company.
