Vocational training socialization by diversifying training modes, combining full and part time vocational training, joining up State’s own centers and private ones in a bid to improve HR quality has become essential in Binh Duong Province.Binh Duong Technological Management Vocational Center is specialized in supplying human resources to enterprises, companies, and local and neighboring industrial parks.

Nursing and medical trainee of Vocational Junior College No. 22 of Ministry of Defense are in practicing hours From its date of establishment up to date, the center is invested with modern facilities including 100% of new computer labs and qualified learning classrooms to enable faster knowledge administration of trainees in combination of practice and theories.Accordingly, during operation, the center has been developed in non-stop tendency of innovation, development and job training to supply for society and enterprise needs.Concurrently, the center has set up clubs to integrate vision of trainees and enterprises in job orientation workshops so that the trainees would be supported in job seeking after internship.The center has become a channel to introduce laborers to enterprises and factory and build up relationship of enterprises to employers.Not Binh Duong Technological Management Vocational Center alone, many other vocational schools have gradually satisfied the labor needs of the society. For example, Binh Duong Junior Professional College trains annually 1,000 to 2,000 trainees at elementary level.Talking to us, Mr. Nguyen Phung Trung, Deputy Director of Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs said: “Non-state schools are only confined to trainee recruitment by evaluation for a few industries of accounting, office secretaries, and business administration; however, we should consider their major contribution to local human resources improvement.”Trung added that Provincial People’s Committee had issued regulations on supporting vocational training enterprises to create jobs to local people from 2012 to 2015 in a bid to improve quality of vocational training socialization.Accordingly, allowances shall be extended to enterprises organizing vocational training for people of labor age in Binh Duong Province with certain conditions such as labor subjects in need of jobs but not offered with preferred benefits or socially privileged labor subjects or revolution contributors or labor subjects affected by land retrieval or labor subjects of ethnic community or disable labor subjects among others.Generally, the allowances should be VND 500,000 per person per month but not exceeding 3 months.Besides, the training enterprises should be supported with VND 200,000 per trainee per month under the above conditions.Despite the support and allowances, vocational training has been facing major difficulties especially recruitment and training fields. It is important that the recent achievements have contributed to improve quality of human resources for the needs of industrialization and modernization in Binh Duong Province.
