The transportation infrastructure has been enhanced and developed from the district level to the communes, creating seamless connections that facilitate both trade and travel for residents. Furthermore, investments in the educational system, healthcare facilities, and electricity have been made in a coordinated manner, effectively addressing the needs of the local population.

Mr. Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee:

"Dau Tieng has historically demonstrated resilience and tenacity in its struggles. Today, it embraces a vibrant transformation, advancing robustly along the path of industrialization and modernization. With a proud legacy of numerous achievements, the Party Committee, government, and citizens of Dau Tieng district are committed to harnessing their potential, strengths, accomplishments, and experiences. In all circumstances, they will proactively seize development opportunities, striving to cultivate a Dau Tieng that is increasingly affluent, civilized, and modern, ensuring that its people enjoy a progressively prosperous and fulfilling life."

In recent years, the district has mobilized numerous resources to invest in infrastructure development as part of the national target program for new rural construction, fostering effective economic models that enhance both the material and spiritual well-being of the populace. Mr. Nguyen Phuong Linh, Chairman of the Dau Tieng District People's Committee, noted that from 2021 to the present, the district's total production value has experienced double-digit growth annually. In 2024, the projected total production value for the area is expected to approach 30,000 billion VND, reflecting a 15.32% increase compared to the same period last year, achieving 100.41% of the planned target. For 2025, the district has proposed an ambitious development plan, anticipating a 16.24% increase in total production value. However, to support the province's goal of achieving double-digit growth, the district has opted to revise its growth target to 19% for 2025. Furthermore, as it embarks on projects related to industrial development, tourism, and the establishment of new model rural areas, Dau Tieng is poised for significant advancements in its development trajectory.

Sharing a common destiny in the development of Dau Tieng, Dau Tieng Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. has consistently supported the district in its continuous improvement efforts. Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien, General Director of Dau Tieng Rubber One Member Co., Ltd., stated that in executing the national target program for new rural construction, the company has allocated numerous parcels of land to the locality for the establishment of cultural institutions, markets, schools, commune administrative centers, and urban enhancement projects. Furthermore, the company has effectively collaborated in various philanthropic initiatives. Annually, it allocates over 20 billion VND for the construction of gratitude houses, charitable homes, and support for Vietnamese heroic mothers and families benefiting from government policies; it also contributes to the Fund for the Poor, assists victims of Agent Orange, orphans, and individuals with disabilities; and upgrades roads, including inter-farm, inter-commune, and inter-district routes that have been paved. Additionally, 100% of workers' households have access to the national power grid.

Committed to rapid and sustainable development

During the meeting commemorating the 50th anniversary of Dau Tieng Liberation Day held yesterday, Mr. Vo Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized that in recent years, the socio-economic landscape of Dau Tieng district has experienced significant advancement. The economy has expanded rapidly and sustainably, social security policies have been executed comprehensively and promptly, and political stability, along with social order and safety, has been consistently upheld.

Since the re-establishment of the district in 1999, the total production value has increased 47-fold, while the average per capita income has reached 80.5 million VND, reflecting a 25-fold increase. Efforts to construct a clean and robust political system, particularly in strengthening the Party and government, as well as enhancing the collective strength of the great national unity bloc of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations, have been prioritized, executed consistently and diligently, yielding numerous positive outcomes.

To date, all communes have achieved advanced new rural standards. Several industrial zones and clusters have been established to diversify the economic structure, attract investment, and generate employment opportunities for the workforce. Significant investments have been made in infrastructure related to transportation, electricity, water, education and training, as well as healthcare, effectively addressing the production, living, educational, and health needs of the community. This has markedly transformed the locality into a brighter, greener, cleaner, and more beautiful area, gradually evolving towards modernity.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Minh emphasized that in the near future, the district must continue to foster unity, embrace creativity, and persistently endeavor to surmount difficulties and challenges in order to develop Dau Tieng into a progressively advanced region characterized by industry, agriculture, and tourism services, as well as modern, civilized, and environmentally sustainable urban areas that enhance the quality of life for its residents.
